About Us

Answertoday was born from the will to provide a superior quality service, so that the client never feels the need for a change, as the service must always meet their desire. The associates that founded it, felt that they were not being able to provide the best service to their clients, and felt the need to make themselves responsible for all the shipments being handled on their behalf. So, there was only one way, to take a much needed step forward.

 

We understand that clients, agents and suppliers are all part of a chain, which needs to be linked tight, in order for everyone to profit in their own way from the service provided. That is why we aim to secure a good network of agents, in order for all of us to work with the same goal.

Communication is a main issue for us. We believe that having an answer is always the best way to achieve our goals. If we have correct and up to date information, we can always try to prevent any possible Future problems, and most importantly, always having our clients and agents accurately informed on shipment status.

 

Our service is focused on the Ocean LCL /FCL, and Air Shipments from the Far East, India and Pakistan. We provide our customers different solutions, in order for them to use the service that better suits their intentions, as service to Portugal can be arranged with direct service, or with transshipment at other European ports, in order to aid the costumers to cut down and delay immediate tax payments. Also, when using the LCL shipments, we provide a service with accurate follow up, with availability to customs clear the cargo abroad and with a fast connection to the final destination. Some of the Air Shipments may also use the same procedures.

 

We also provide export services to any part of the world, as well as inland services in Portugal, by sea, air and land.

Customs clearances, loading and unloading containers, warehousing and all logistics services needed by the costumers and agents, are always available upon demand.
